KNIT THE SEASON

Nothing says winter like a cozy knitted sweater with a hot cup of hot chocolate and the desire to curl up by a fireplace! Not that I am physically doing so now, but umm you know 🙂

I am excited to share with you this season’s knits each styled differently. Not only will it keep you warm, it’ll look awesome and up your style effortlessly.

  1. Neutrals

Opt for a neutral color oversized ribbed knit and match it with this season’s checks trend.

2. Play with colors

There are endless ways to style this oversized chunky knitted cardigan. It’s one of my favorites winter pieces! Here I wore it with colored pants, as I tend to color my outfits in winter not to end up with a total black winter wardrobe!

3. Color block

Knitwear has been taken into another level! You can find endless styles with unexpected colors, and here I chose this chunky turtleneck knit with a beautiful color combination. You can create a high-low look by balancing it with a midi skirt.

4. Leather it up

Brown is so back this season. It used to be one my favorite colors back in the noughties! I love how it flatters my skin tone! I promise to do a post about that. Speaking of brown, what do you think about this gorgeous brown chunky ribbed knit? I really wish you can see it closely and its amazing finishing! It’s made by a brand new brand called OMNIA. Oh and did I mention it’s a menswear brand? I styled it up with faux leather culottes from Depechemode for a winter chic look .

5. Knit with a twist

As I mentioned earlier, designers have been playing with knits, bringing us fun styles like this one I am wearing here. Take a closer look at its sleeves and see how cool are they! Here I brought you a more serious look, office appropriate, but still following this season’s trends. Matching it with a cropped checkered pants and ankle boots, all from Depechemode.
